I am assigned the task of creating a desktop shortcut to a folder. That is, in our Wix Project, when the setup is executed it will create a particular folder for storing log files. So, I need the installer to create a desktop shortcut to this folder when installing.
How can I do that? Please note that I'm totally new to Wix, so step by step instructions would be of great help.
