Could you create an .msp to patch the original installer to add these files?

The problem is that once the module is installed, it can never get uninstalled, as it modifies some software-internal structures in a way that makes it impossible to undo. So, we have to prevent that somebody goes into the system control panel, selects the module, and presses "uninstall".
