Previously, I have created installers in WiX by hand-writing the .wxs files myself, but I now have a fairly large folder structure (with lots of subfolders) to put into an installer, and I am trying to use heat.exe to harvest this for me. However the harvested file seems unnecessarily messy. Is there any way to get heat to place all files from the same subfolder within the same fragment/component, or is this not considered best practice?
