I tried to create a merge module with a dependency to a second one. Compiling and linking it manually with wix (v3.5) works fine. When I try to create the module in visual studio - using votive - I get following warning: ICE25: Possible dependency failure as we do not find ... in ModuleSignature table How do I define the directory containing the merge modules in visual studio?
