I have a similar issue. I think you can use the "heat" tool to recursively traverse the source directory and generate a fragment consisting of a set of component/file definitions. I have read that this tool should only be used once is not intended to be used as part of an automated build process but i'm not sure why. If anyone can provide more insight, that would be great.
