I am using latest wix 3.5 with vs.2010 rc. I want to create bootstrap for .net 4 but can't figure out how to do it. I found some blog samples how to edit wixproj in order to create .net 3.5 bootstrapper - no luck with that either. I have win sdk 6.0 and latest win 7 sdk and configured paths properly. I am getting errors about missing bin files.
