I have just tried the new Harvest feature in WiX v3.5's Votive (3.5.1419.0 and VS2008) and I get an error when building the project:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\WiX\v3.5\Wix.targets(1403,7): error MSB4064: The "ProjectReferenceSourcePaths" parameter is not supported by the "RefreshGeneratedFile" task. Verify the parameter exists on the task, and it is a settable public instance property. C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\WiX\v3.5\Wix.targets(1402,5): error MSB4063: The "RefreshGeneratedFile" task could not be initialized with its input parameters. Is this working for anyone else or should I raise a bug?
