The benefit of creating the MSI version of the batch is that our users are wanting to move away from deployment via login script and towards managing it via AD/GPO deployment. They have requested an MSI version of what the batch file does. If I could just get this batch file converted to WiX, then into an MSI, I would have the success I need to strong-arm my way into getting a "proper" MSI created. But, without this first "success" I won't have the leverage. I hate politics. :( Any help gratefully received. :) Vern -- Vern Graner CNE/CNA/SSE | "If the network is down, then you're Senior Systems Engineer | obviously incompetent so why are we Texas Information Services | paying you?
