I don't recognize the "SUFWI" dialog set and WixUIExtension doesn't either. The only UI types in WixUIExtension are WixUI_Advanced, WixUI_FeatureTree, WixUI_InstallDir, WixUI_Minimal, & WixUI_Mondo.
