I wouldn't call WixUI_Advanced unpolished. I'd call it "pretty damn awesome." 
Your unpolished is way better than my polished!

In the big scheme of things the per-user install is the outlier so it's no big 
deal if it's not supported. I'm probably the only one who went down that path. 
Having used WiXUI_Advanced on a couple of normal installers, it's totally 
dreamy!
