You can use msifiler.exe (http://blogs.msdn.com/windows_installer_team/archive/2005/08/10/451482.aspx ). Be sure to change the "PackageGuid" as well (msiinfo.exe -v {NEW-GUID} where NEW-GUID is a new guid that is all CAPS. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/aa370310.aspx and http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/aa371255.aspx for that tool).
