Thanks for your reply. I'm not quite sure you're asking me to double check "Programs & Features", or you're having the same problem and asking experts in the forum? Anyways, I did double checked the "Programs & Features", I did enable the "Support Link" field. It's empty in the field. However, in XP and Windows 7, we do have the company URL displayed correctly. Does anybody know what the problem is?
