Have a look in the "DOC" folder where WiX has been installed. The help files are some of the most complete references that you'll find anywhere. Specifically WiX.chm and msi.chm
Also get yourself a copy of "The Definitive Guide to Windows Installer" for a great paperback reference book. WiX is simply a way of using Windows Installer, if you can understand how Windows Installer works then WiX is pretty much a walk in the park. ARPNOREMOVE, Vista logo, etc. are not exclusive to WiX - it's all the same no matter if you're using WiX, Installshield, or any other tool to create MSI packages.
