There are no actions in the merge module but one custom action running an external program. The conflict in each of these tables is between ProgramFilesFolder.51E8CEE5_77F2_4D1B_82DF_14F19991D833 and SystemFolder.51E8CEE5_77F2_4D1B_82DF_14F19991D833 both sharing sequence number 1. Does anybody know, where this is coming from and how to solve it? I'm using WiX 3.0.5419.
