[WiX-users] Building a project using Wix 3.0.5217 fails

[Vuchuru, Surekha (SBT US EXT)]

Hello Everyone,
 
I have installed Wix 3.0.5217 version and trying to build our project. I
get a candle error
 
candle.exe : error CNDL0144: The extension "C:\Program Files\Windows
Installer XML v3\bin\WixUtilExtension.dll" could not be loaded.
 
I can see that dll in the specified directory...It used to work with
3.0.4415 version of Wix. 
 
Please let me know if I need to make any changes whenever I upgrade to
the newer version.
