I'm authoring a WiX file that registers a COM dll as part of the install. I used heat.exe to extract the ClassID, Interfaces, Reg Keys etc and reference that in my wxs file. This works well when I install on 32-bit OS. However it doesn't work on a 64bit OS ? I digged through the archives and there were references to this being a known problem in Wix. Has this been fixed in Wix 3.0 ?
