Thanks for the reply. We do have redistribution rights. Unfortunately, the supplied setup is more for a dev install and contains many more components than we need and also loads of dev examples, without a way to just install individual components. As this isn't practical for a customer release we were intending to include the components we require in our installer.

If you are installing these components into the GAC there is the danger of you clashing with some other application that also utilizes these components. If you install them you will have to service them IE provide security updates / patches for them. If the component manafacturer has an installer then you should really use that.
