Use the Orca tool http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa370557(VS.85).aspx. It is the swiss army knife for the setup developers. Also find the information related to msi tables (usaly MSDN helps). You will find an idea why this happens. BTW: Send me your wsx-file. I'll check it
