Howdy gang, On my Windows Server 2008 x64 box, I've got Visual Studio 2010 beta 1 installed and tried to open a project which was barking because: "...Installer.wixproj' cannot be opened because its project type (.wixproj) is not supported by this version of the application." Well, I (think I) know how to fix that... I think 2010 support is available in WiX 3.5.
I installed WiX 3.5.0626.0 32-bit... that didn't work. Then I think to myself that maybe I needed 64-bit WiX distribution... so I grab Wix35_x64.msi from the 3.5.0626.0 release. Neither package has successfully installed the VS2010 IDE integration (Votive2010). Has anyone had similar problems or had success with this configuration?
