I would investigate the dll loading code then, maybe you are discarding an error that would be helpful.

It's a problem with one dll. On this machine I have c drive (FAT32) and d drive (NTFS). If I install program on d drive everything is fine. If I copy manually all files to c drive and run program, everything is fine. If I install program on c drive it doesn't work. But if I copy this one dll from program's folder to desktop and delete this file from program's folder and copy back this file from desktop to program's everything is fine.
