I am trying to create a bootstrapper to my MSI so I can pass in the logging verbosity and log file location to msiexec. I have looked at setupbld.exe but it doesn't seem to be able to pass in parameters. I want someway to set logging verbosity and location of log files when someone double clicks on the msi or exe.
