Hi I'm aware that using MinVersion only inside a File element requires that it's one less than the actual value if one only uses that and don't rely on the language attribute.
Let's assume there's a file with a version of 4.5.3.2. If I want to check for a min version of 5.0.0.0, should I set this to 4.9.9.9 or make it 1 more than the other file (4.5.3.3)?
