Hey Roy, Can you download the latest build of heat and try again? There were some bugs in the registry harvesting that got reported and I fixed. I am not sure that this would directly fix you issues however.
If it does not, I would like you to open a bug on source forge with the issue, the steps to reproduce and any other information you could provide to resolve the issue.
