I also checked the log files, it's showing PRODUCT.UPGRADE and PRODUCT.DOWNGRADE properties empty or nothing. Also please tell me, when I will run upgrade msi then it will run same as without upgrade msi or what it will show while running? Please give me solution. I am waiting for solution.
