1.  ICE messages are documented in the MSI SDK.  They are controlled by 
the Windows Installer team so the consequences of ignoring the warnings 
should be documented there.

2.  There is a feature request out there to allow suppressing certain 
ICE messages.  It's a good feature request.  Probably should be done in 
WiX v4.
