Did the added files all end up after the existing files? If so, then that means that the linker code is actually doing the work there (which makes sense, since the media information could be spread across multiple wixobj files). I will take a look at the linker when I get a free moment (<smile/>). It should be possible to get a stable ordering based upon the ordering in the wxs / wixobj files.
