I am currently working on an MSI build for Right to Left Languages. I am facing certain issues for the installer. Basically, I have set the RighttoLeft property for the Control and the Dialog elements in Wix. However, when displaying the dialogs, it shows it in the standard Left to Right way. The languages, Codepage and SummaryPage properties are set correctly. I find that the progress bar is moving from left to right instead of it being right to left. There are other things also like the radio button control in our page for english is on the left bottom. However, it should be on the right bottom for Arabic which is not the case. Does RightToLeft only hold true for text and not the entire display? Is there any way of mirroring the stuff. Are there anymore properties to be set? Also, in the MSI which I am viewing through Orca where can I find the property set. Another interesting thing that I find is, when uninstalling the product, the standard Windows Installer does it in the right way. The progressbar moves from right to left. The button is present on the left bottom instead of the right bottom. How does it do that? Can someone help me out with this? Thanks.
