Keep in mind that on UAC systems that allow an over the shoulder install you might find that a non-Administrator gets an Administrator to supply credentials, and the app will launch at the end with Administrator credentials, leaving the non-Administrator with a privileged app running. I believe the MSI team discourages this type of launch because of the potential security breach.
