Hi all, I have a custom action (that registers a dll): <Custom Action="Register" After="InstallFinalize">NOT Installed OR PROJECT_UPGRADE</Custom> Currently this action does not run in maintenance mode. how do I make this custom action run on maintenance mode as well?
