It's the Vista SP1/Server 2008/.NET Framework 3.5 SDK
(en_windows_software_development_kit_for_windows_server_2008_and_.net_framework_3.5_x86_x64_ia64_dvd_72473.iso

from MSDN). That's 6.1. VS2008 shipped with a variant of the original
Vista RTM SDK (V6.0) so got the V6.0A suffix to differentiate.
