Ok I see where there is a <DirectoryRef />. My install needs to create 2 folder trees in the root of drive D:. Is this possible or do I have to create two installs? I don't need to put anything in the program files folder.

It might be a <DirectoryRef /> and then it is not being specified later as a <Directory/> or other such scenarios.
