Hi Bob,
If we set the level of all features to 0 then call
AddLocal Publish event. Nothing is displaying in feature tree. For ex.
<Publish Dialog="ComponentTypeDlg" Control="Next" Event="AddLocal"
Value="Server"><![CDATA[COMPONENT_TYPE =1]]> </Publish>
