Hi Bob Thanks for your response and suggestion. Doing a repair works for the users that are experiencing this issue.
Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to our installer to protect these keys? Our trial sites are experiencing this issue in about ten percent of their installs. I am very eager to reduce that.
