The wix.msi in build 4714 is not a valid msi. Doubling clicking it to install wix results in an error that it is not a valid msi. Opening in orca gives the same result. Additionally the *.chm files in the docs folder from the unzipped wix binaries for the same release are also faulty. The contents of the chm seem to be valid, but the internal links to the actual content are reported as invalid.
