Sorry but I am not able to understand what re saying.
Please, try to reformulate it.

-For a per-machine install, create an uninstall shortcut for all the
users of a computer wheter it is advertised or not. The main drawback
is an orphaned regkey in the deploying user profile if he doesn't
remove the apps himself.
-For a per-user managed or unmanaged, create an uninstall shortcut for
the user who deploy. It hasn't got known drawbacks.

Also, may I ask you to not answer to the digest and to try to keep
