What are you using for a bootstrapper? I've been looking at the wix mailing list, and elsewhere, and it appears as though everybody uses something different.
For example, setupbld, msbuild, 3rd party software, homegrown, etc... As a C++ app, I don't need any .net runtime libs, and would like the vc9 runtime libs exe to only run if it hasn't been installed before, etc.. Thank you, as any initial ideas help on what to use.
