Forgive me for shameless advertising. DNI (dotNetInstaller) 1.5 has been released. DNI is an open-source, rather imperfect, but also very feature-rich setup bootstrapper. It might just be what you're looking for before "burn" and might give some good ideas for a more perfect bootstrapper as well. See http://www.devage.com/Wiki/ViewArticle.aspx?name=dotnetinstaller&version =0. This version adds some major features, including packaging everything in a single .exe, support for 64-bit applications, silent installs and setup.exe branding. Check it out.
cheers dB. PS: I've contributed code to the project, so don't hesitate to tell me what you think or ask questions. -dB. dblock.org <http://www.dblock.org/> / foodcandy.com <http://www.foodcandy.com/> ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ WiX-users mailing list WiX-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/wix-users
