No, the path is determined at runtime based on the user's AppData directory (and is theoretically customizable, though I haven't added ui to do that) and moreover I want to either: a) provide the option via a messagebox whether the data should be removed on uninstall, or b) move it to the recycle bin so it can be recollected if the user is performing a manual reinstall Since it is my understanding MSI can do neither of these things (easily), a custom action seems apt. ----- A.
