The main thing here is that I am using that property in conditions to
CustomActions and Components and the ones in the CustomActions are working
fine but the ones in the components aren't.
Another thing kind of curious is the fact that the other
property(OLDAPPFOUND) I am using to avoid the component to be installed
during the Upgrade is working so the issue is only in the uninstallation
part.
I don't know why is not working.
