My config file is simple. Just a configuration section.

I want to add a connectionStrings section inside the existing element.
<configuration>
<connectionStrings>
</connectionStrings>
</configuration>
However, the installer always does this
<configuration>
<connectionStrings/></configuration>
<XmlConfig Id="XMLMachine10" File="C:\hfshostingservice.exe.config"
On="install" ElementPath="/configuration" Node="element"
Name="connectionStrings" Action="create" Sequence="1"/>
Any ideas?
