I don't know how. I think that "pyro.exe" added new actions to ".MSP" file, but didn't include new binary data. So, when I apply patch - I receive errors: InstallSqlData: Error 0x80070006: failed to get size of stream ... InstallSqlData: Error 0x80070006: failed to read SqlScripts table
