1. Beta? We're in beta now. Pick up any weekly build. It's pretty stable. We're just incrementally improving by fixing bugs.
2. I'm quite certain that we'll declare WiX v3 stable (Production) before end of year 2009. 3. Usually, we hit "zero bugs" for the release and sit there for a few months. The bug drop off tells us when things are stable.
