As long as your conditions are correct, ICE30 is "mostly harmless" -- 
though it means your conditions have be exactly correct, which gets 
complicated depending on the number of combinations. It might be easier 
to use SetDirectory custom actions to redirect components, again 
depending on the number of combinations.
