If it's still not working... try this instead:

       
ElementPath="/configuration/myComponent/section/[EMAIL PROTECTED]'foo'[\]]"
       
VerifyPath="/configuration/myComponent/section/[EMAIL PROTECTED]'foo'[\]]" 

Then it will update "foo" w/ the property you pass in for the Value.
