Is it possible to create a localized installer that detects Locals of system and installation get launched in local language. i.e. Say if installation started by a German user than installation progress should be in German, and in Japanese if Japanese user start installation. >From some blogs what I could understood was, for each locale there would be separate .msi file. But I want single installable file for more than one languages.
