Thanks Ilya, I gave that a try. I see entries matching my new component and script within the "SqlScript.idt" file, however at this point I don't know enough to understand what this is telling me. Script SqlDb_ Component_ ScriptBinary_ User_ Attributes Sequence s72 s72 s72 s72 S72 i2 I2 SqlScript Script sqlPatch_02 sqldb PatchingComponentB2 bin.sqlPatch_02 1 40 Looking at the rest of the stuff resulting from the -notidy option, I notice the cab file, in my test case, '#RTM.cab'. The .cab contains the other test files I've modified and wish to patch, however it doesn't appear to contain the new sql script, which might be the cause of the problem. ~Colin. _________________________________________________________________ Find the best and worst places on the planet http://clk.atdmt.com/UKM/go/101719807/direct/01/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ WiX-users mailing list WiX-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/wix-users
