Is this a bug report? If so, please open a bug on Source Forge. There have been some strange issues in the Votive integration lately that no one working on Votive has been able to reproduce. So if you can provide lots and lots of information that would be much appreciated because everyone is pretty much stumped without being able to see the problem happen.
