Hey John, Sorry to leave you hanging on Friday. I know you mentioned that UAC has been turned off on the machine, but does the service account running the build have Admin. rights (...stabbing in the dark here...)? Is it allowed to run MSIs? I haven't worked with Team Build at this point so I am not sure where else to look off the top of my head.
