Much of the code was written back in Win9x days and so when it was possible to 
just call "A" functions we did.  It looks a little silly now... <shrug/>

Is there any reason why WcaIsPropertySet takes ASCII string, i.e.

BOOL WIXAPI WcaIsPropertySet(
    __in LPCSTR szProperty
    );

while all the rest of API uses wide character strings?
