Not in all cases.  Roaming profiles will thwart the perfect solution.

In general, I have seen it discouraged to go mucking with other user's profile 
since the current profile cannot know the exact state all of the other profiles 
are in.  One of a few reasons to leave user data behind.

Of course, it is icky that your shortcut will probably point at something that 
doesn't exist anymore.

Hi,

On a computer I have two users,

User 1 and User 2.

When they run my application they can create a shortcut that will run it on 
startup.  So a shortcut is created in the Startup group.

Is it possible to delete this shortcuts when the application in unistalled?
